My curiosity and excitement for design, technology, innovation and education drives everything that I do.
These passions brought me to Northeastern University (2002 – 2008), where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design & Multimedia Studies as well as my Masters Degree in Technological Entrepreneurship.
Through Northeastern’s renowned Experiential Education program, I was given an opportunity to try my hand at graphic design, media development, brand management, and entrepreneurship in the real world.
At Berklee College of Music (2008 – 2015), I designed engaging educational experiences for Berklee’s online courses as well as their educational outreach programs. I work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop highly effective and creative media.
As a freelance designer & media producer, I work with local artists, entrepreneurs, and community organizations on creative media projects. I create logos, infographics, motion graphics, video, lettering, layout, packaging.
You’ll often find me cruising around Boston, Cambridge and Somerville by foot or bicycle, enjoying the sights, food, drink, and sounds.
I am very active in the local music community. Trying to get out to even half of the shows that I’d like to see keeps me busy. I take event photography and design posters, albums and merchandise for my favorite artists, under the artist persona of Erin Dynamic.
I align myself with organizations that I care about, such as Girls Rock Campaign Boston and the Michael LoVerme Memorial Foundation. I try to stay involved with community events and keep aware of what is happening around town.
I am always learning something new. Recently I have taken a few art courses, have been sharpening my photography & videography skills, am learning to play the keys and ukulele along with songwriting, and often attend workshops, lectures and meet-ups about design and technology.
This city provides excitement, inspiration, and opportunity along each winding road, and I am excited to find my next adventure here.
